At Florence and the Machine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

  Ship the Package

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
